Elaboration of a national network of grocery stores and social restaurants that would generate jobs. Elaboration of a national network of animal refuge : The degree of civilization of a country is equally measured by the condition animals living there. As a touristic country with a history extending over three millennia, Tunisia must address the problem of stray animals, and the issue of animal condition in general, including slaughterhouses. This initiative would generate jobs.
